1. Overview

Suprtiles is designed as a local-first mobile app. Your wall projects, layout data, and source photos stay on your device by default. We do not sell personal information and we do not collect shipping details, payment card details, or personal profile information for normal app use.

2. Information We Process

Some optional features require limited processing:

• Apple and Google sign-in: Authentication is handled by Apple or Google. We may receive a stable account identifier and, where provided by the provider, an email address so you can sign in, restore access, and use account-required features.
• Subscriptions and purchases: Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed with RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
• AI generation or server-side processing: If you choose an AI feature, or if a server-side photo-to-layout fallback is required, selected images or generated assets may be temporarily uploaded only to complete that request.
• Inspirations sharing: Nothing is public by default. Photos, layouts, titles, or notes are uploaded only if you explicitly submit them to Inspirations.
• Support: If you contact us, we use the information you provide in that message to respond and resolve the request.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, shipping addresses, phone contacts, location history, or your full photo library. The app accesses device features such as camera, photos, or AR only when you choose to use the related feature and grant the relevant iOS permission.

4. How We Use Information

We use limited app information to authenticate accounts, enable subscriptions and purchase restoration, enforce free-tier limits, provide requested app features, respond to support requests, protect the service, and maintain app reliability.

5. Storage and Retention

App projects and photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose a feature that requires upload. Temporary assets used for AI generation or server-side processing are kept only as long as needed to complete the request and are intended to be deleted within 24 hours. Public Inspiration submissions remain available until you delete them, ask us to remove them, or we remove them under our policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Suprtiles relies on trusted platform services for core app functions, including Apple and Google for authentication, Apple for in-app purchases, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. These services process information under their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can delete local projects and photos from the app or your device. You can manage subscriptions, cancellations, and purchase history through your Apple App Store account. To request access, deletion, or help with account-related information held by Suprtiles, contact us at support@suprtiles.com.

8. Children

Suprtiles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. International Use

Suprtiles may be used outside India. By using the app, you understand that limited information processed by us or our service providers may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies.

11. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
