    By accessing or using Suprtiles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to Suprtiles, operated by Suprtiles in India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Product Descriptions

    Suprtiles provides magnetic photo frames and layout design tools. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free or updated at all times.

    3. User Content

    You are responsible for the photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to use and print these images. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates our policies or local laws.

    4. Payments and Pricing

    All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We use Razorpay to process payments securely. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our store.

    5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in tracking your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production phase, as our products are custom-made with your uploaded photos. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

    7. Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprtiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
