    1. Agreement to Terms

    By downloading, accessing, or using the Suprtiles iOS app or related pages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to Suprtiles, operated by Suprtiles in India. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

    2. Service Description

    Suprtiles is an iOS app for planning gallery walls, recreating layouts from photos, previewing layouts in AR, exporting layout images, browsing inspirations, and using optional AI-assisted visualization features. The app is intended as a planning and visualization tool, not as professional design, installation, construction, or safety advice.

    3. Eligibility and Accounts

    You may use parts of the app as a guest. Certain features, such as saving, exporting, AI generation, subscriptions, purchase restoration, or submitting to Inspirations, may require sign-in. Authentication may be provided through Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

    4. Subscriptions and Payments

    Paid features, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlements. Prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

    5. User Content

    You are responsible for photos, layouts, titles, notes, and other content you add to the app or submit to Inspirations. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and submit that content. Nothing is public by default, but content you explicitly submit to Inspirations may be publicly visible.

    6. License to Submitted Content

    For content you submit to Inspirations or otherwise choose to make public, you grant Suprtiles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the app. You retain ownership of your content.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass limits or payment controls, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

    8. Local Data, Backups, and Deletion

    Suprtiles is local-first. Projects and photos are stored on your device by default, and deleting the app or device data may permanently delete local projects unless iOS or your own backup system preserves them. We do not provide default cloud backup for wall projects unless a specific feature states otherwise.

    9. Third-Party Services

    The app may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, billing systems, or account decisions outside our control.

    10. Disclaimers

    The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that layouts, AR previews, measurements, AI results, image processing, or recommendations will be perfectly accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every wall, device, room, or installation.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprtiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or restrict access to the app or remove submitted content if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if needed to protect users, the app, or third-party rights.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
